Also, we don’t have a fancy office with huge overheads and layers of staff. Buy your .co.uk yourself, and it stays yours. A .co.uk is one of the easiest domains in the world to register. Unlike some country domains, Nominet does not ask for a company number, a VAT number or a UK address, so you can register one in your own name in a few minutes. Do that before the build starts. A domain registered in your name is yours permanently and cannot be held hostage by any designer, including us.
There is no UK VAT on our invoice. We invoice from India, so our invoice carries no UK VAT and no VAT number. If your business is VAT-registered, a service bought from an overseas supplier is normally handled through the reverse charge on your own return. Your accountant will confirm the treatment in a sentence.
Host in the UK, not with us. A site served from London or Manchester loads measurably faster for UK visitors. We build the site and hand it over; you point it at a UK host or a CDN with UK edge nodes. We will tell you which, for free, and we take no commission on it.

Is a £100 website a scam?
No, but you are right to ask. The catch is scope, not quality: you get a fixed, published WordPress package of up to 20 pages, not an open-ended custom build. The price is possible because our team is in India, we use WordPress rather than bespoke code, and the deliverables are defined up front. If a provider will not tell you plainly why their price is low, that is the one to be suspicious of.
Can I get a .co.uk domain?
Yes, and it is refreshingly simple. A .co.uk has no business-registration requirement at all: no company number, no VAT number, no UK address. Register it yourself in your business name before the build starts, and it remains yours permanently, independent of us.
Will you charge me VAT?
No. We invoice from India, so there is no UK VAT and no VAT number on the invoice. If your business is VAT-registered, buying a service from an overseas supplier is normally dealt with through the reverse charge on your own VAT return, which usually nets to nothing. Check the treatment with your accountant.
How do I pay you?
By card or bank transfer. If we invoice in USD your bank or card provider converts from GBP at their rate. We do not add a conversion fee.
What if something breaks after handover?
You own the site, so any developer can fix it. We offer maintenance separately if you want us to. There is no lock-in either way.
How many revisions do I get?
Enough to get it right within the ten-day window. In practice most projects use two rounds. Large scope changes after the build starts move the date.
Will my site be fast for UK visitors?
It will be if you host it in the UK. We build lightweight WordPress and hand you a site that performs well; latency is a hosting decision, and we will recommend a host at no charge.
Do you do SEO?
We do the on-page setup: titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, alt text, sitemap, robots.txt, search engine submission. That is groundwork, not a campaign. We do not promise rankings, traffic, or leads, and neither should anyone else selling you a £100 website.
Can I upgrade later?
